Totoritas Restaurants

Totoritas Restaurants were named after the plant used by the mid-coast region of Peru, "Totora" used to build their fishing canoes, also known as "Caballitos de Totora". These have been used for at least 3,000 years. The restaurants bring to Florida the Peruvian cuisine, one of the most diverse and rich cuisines in the world.
